Here at Bridalicious we want you to love your purchases.  However we do understand that occasionally things go wrong but if they do, we want to resolve things as quickly as possible to your complete satisfaction.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item under certain conditions; you must contact us within 14 days of receipt (see below for full details) for a refund or exchange.  Any item returned must be in its’ original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Sorry, but postage costs will not be refunded, unless the item is faulty.

Returns Exceptions

We are sorry but the following items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons in line with most reputable suppliers:

  • Accessories: Garters & Cleavage Enhancers.
  • Hosiery: Hold Ups, Stockings & Tights
  • Certain Items of Lingerie: Teddies, Bodystockings & Bodies– which are designed to fit like a pair of knickers/thongs
  • Panties: Knickers, Briefs, Control Underwear, Thongs or G Strings
  • Personalised Items: Due to these items being custom made, they cannot be exchanged or refunded

All other accessories can be returned if unopened and unworn/unused. Please note that merchandise that has been worn, used, washed or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Sale Items

Sale items cannot be refunded, but you may exchange your purchase if it is in the same new condition that we sent it to you. You will have to pay postage back to us but we will send out your replacement free of charge, as soon as we have received your exchange back and once we have inspected it to ensure it complies with the conditions stated above.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 7 days of your return being authorised by Bridalicious.

 

  1. Please email bridalicious@hotmail.co.uk to request a refund within 14 days of receipt, explaining the reason for your return. Please under no circumstances return goods without contacting us first. We will not accept liability for any goods returned not in accordance with this policy, or if your return gets lost in the post. We therefore strongly recommend you tracking your return.
  2. Then send your return to us at:

Include in your package a signed letter stating your name, address and the reason for return. During busy periods, returns may take up to 5 working days to get processed. If your item is being refunded, it will be refunded via your original payment method.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

We try to ensure that all items are dispatched by Royal Mail within 2 – 5 working days of receiving of your order Monday – Friday. Longer delivery times may apply if your order is received at the weekend or on a public holiday; however we will still endeavour to send out your purchase as soon as possible. Orders are sent by recorded delivery. If for any reason there is a delay we will let you know as soon as possible.

Postage & Packing Rates

We now offer free standard UK Postage on all orders. For our international customers, we offer free delivery when you spend over £100. Other postage options are also available, including express delivery and next day delivery. Please add your items to your basket to confirm the postage cost. 

Express & Next Day Delivery

This is available on the majority of our items. Unfortunately next day delivery is not available on our personalised items.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

We aim to provide excellent customer service but the above will not affect your statutory rights.
